Portal Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Reset

You can submit a request to reset your Portal Multifactor Authentication (MFA) here. This is typically necessary if you're unable to receive your authentication code, often due to a change in device or phone number

Information needed to request service

  • 7-digit Chaminade ID (CID) Number
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Contact Email
  • Physical Street Address on file
    • The physical street address is used for verification purposes therefore it must match what Chaminade has on file

What to expect

Once we have verified your information and your MFA verification reset is complete, we will contact you.  Please note that after verification, this process may take up to 3 business days to finalize.
