Your Portal password is used for Self-Service, Canvas, Email, Wireless Authentication and this Client Services TDX site. If you are requesting a password reset for any of these systems, we will reset your Portal password.
Information needed to request service
- 7-digit Chaminade ID (CID) Number
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email
- Physical Street Address on file
- The physical street address is used for verification purposes therefore it must match what Chaminade has on file
What to expect
Once we have verified your information and completed the update, we will notify you via your Chaminade Email or via Phone Number provided. Please note that after verification, this process may take up to 3 business days to finalize
