Information needed to request service
- 7-digit Chaminade ID (CID) Number
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email
- Physical Street Address on file
- The physical street address is used for verification purposes therefore it must match what Chaminade has on file
What to expect
Once we have verified your information and your Portal password reset is complete, we will contact you with your log in details. Please note that after verification, this process may take up to 3 business days to finalize.
