- 7-digit Chaminade ID (CID) Number
- Contact Phone Number
- Building Name and Room Number where console will be located
- Device Type (example: PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc.)
- Device MAC Address
What to expect
Your request will be reviewed and processed within approximately 3 working days. We’ll notify you once your gaming console is set up and ready to use, so you can enjoy a smooth and consistent gaming experience.
