Instructions

A MAC address (media access control address) is a unique set of alphanumeric characters that identifies a device on a network. It's different from an IP address, which identifies a device's network connection. 

Its usually found in the device's user settings but the MAC address may be printed on the device itself, such as on a label on the back of a device.
